About JAPC
With its founding in 2021, the goal of the Jasper Advertising and Promotions Commission (JAPC) is to promote the City of Jasper, Arkansas, and all it has to offer, both to tourists and area residents. JAPC organizes community events, including the Westbrook Music Series, Junk & Jam, Holly Jolly Christmas, The Dogwood Tour in the spring, and The Autumn Color Tours in the fall. JAPC collaborates with and promotes other organizations, including the Kiwanis Club, The Buffalo River Elk Festival, Newton County Chamber of Commerce, Newton County Historical Society, Newton County Fair and Rodeo, churches, schools, and local businesses.
